Providing comprehensive care to my patient allowed me to integrate didactic knowledge into assessing, planning, and implementing oral hygiene treatment. I assessed current and past medical and dental history, evaluated the need for disease prevention as well as caries control. Nutritional analysis was conducted, referrals were made, and Arestin was administered at the re-evaluation appointment.
